1. What payment methods do you accept? 

We prefer internet banking, credit card payments such as visa and Mastercard.

Our sales staff can also process other payment types manually, including internet banking. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.  

2. What is the shipping time and method of delivery? 

We ship with FedEx for international shipping and GDEX for local shipping.

We will provide full refund In the event where the products sold goes missing or damaged during the delivery provided that there was sufficient information and details regarding the defect of your previously purchased product. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. 

3. Do you offer volume discount? 

Yes we do. We offer a 30% discount when customers purchase a minimum of 3 watches. Discounts will be applied automatically during the checkout page. 

4. What is the warranty period? 

Our products are made according to the high-quality standards of Artico. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes ONLY the watch movement, dial, and hands (Mechanical actions of the watch).
The warranty for an Artico is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The date of purchase will be recorded in our records.  Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
