Yes, all watchbands are adjustable to better fit your wrist. For stainless steel watches, simply add or remove a few links from the watchband. Watchband link adjustor will be provided.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive for West Peninsula Malaysia and 3-5 days for Sabah Sarawak.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details (Tracking Number) will be provided in your confirmation email.
At the moment we do not offer any customization.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, you may purchase the extended warranty under the product to extend it to 5 years.
If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at articotimepieces@gmail.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you form there.
